We will replace items that arrive damaged, including shipping, provided we are notified within 5 business day of receipt. Please fill out our
contact form and choose "Returns/Exchanges" from the subject drop-down menu.
Due to the fact that we make and paint most products to order, we cannot accept returns for any other reasons. If you still want to return your item you will be responsible for shipping the item back and subject to a restocking fee at 25% the cost of the original item.
